| Shipping - All orders are shipped via air mail through Canada Post. Typical delivery within Canada and the United States is 9-12 business days. Most orders to the United Kingdom and other International destinations may take 3-4 weeks. Due to the limitation of services offered by Canada Post, we may not be able to provide a tracking number on some purchases.
Shipping charges are estimated. While we make every effort to stay within estimated charges, some items may be too large and/or heavy for standard shipping. If actual shipping charges significantly exceed the estimate, we will contact you for authorization before shipping your order. If actual charges are significantly less than the estimate you may also get a refund to reflect the difference. Please contact us before placing the order if you have questions regarding shipping charges.
Returns - Returns will be accepted within 45 days of purchase and afforded a full refund, less shipping costs and any transaction fees, provided a) the item has not been installed and b) the item arrives in the condition that it was shipped. Any item found to be defective must be returned for inspection, at which point a replacement will be shipped out. If any item is found to be defective, a replacement will be shipped. If not, return shipping must be paid by the customer.
